  • After signup, you’ll receive an email to confirm ownership of email.
  • You can then login.
  • Be sure to enter your complete credentials such as your name, Canadian billing address and Canadian shipping address. Note that you cannot make an order without those credentials.
  • We’d like to guarantee that you’re 19+ of age. So, if it’s your first time to order (we’ll receive it), you’ll hear from us thru email requiring you to reply and submit to us, thru the same email, your scanned government issued photo ID. We only accept the following:  Driver’s License, Citizenship Card or Passport.

 

Currently, we are accepting Interac E-transfers. Don’t worry, Interac E-transfers are safe, secure and convenient. Please email us (info@budexpressnow.ca) to inquire how to make an order via credit card or Bitcoin!

Unfortunately not. For now, all orders can only be shipped to Canadian addresses.

In some cases, it may take us up to an hour (during regular business hours) to receive and review the email notifying us payment has been sent. Once received, we will accept your payment and begin to process your order.

We will place your order on hold for up to two days until we receive your payment. After three days, we will regretfully cancel your order.

All packages will be shipped with discreetly (no one will be able to tell the nature of its contents from the outside) via Canada Post Xpresspost. Tracking number is included.

Expedited Shipping ($15 or free when you spend over $149)

Local (British Columbia): 1-2 business days | Regional: 3-4 business days | National: up to 8 business days

Please Note:  All orders will require 1-2 days processing time before they ship (not included in the estimations above). If your order does not ship within two business days, please contact customer support.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received/accepted.

Unfortunately, due to a high percentage of postal related thefts, we cannot offer any delivery guarantees for orders which are to be shipped to those regions. You will be ordering at your own risk.

Yes, we take all product pictures in house and do not apply any type of colour enhancements to our photos.
